New OLO 10 year

The Minister of Finance, Didier Reynders, announces :

The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated 10 year benchmark bond (OLO 46) in the near future, subject to market conditions. The Kingdom has mandated ABN-AMRO, Barclays, HSBC and KBC as joint bookrunners. The OLO auction scheduled for March 21st, 2005 is cancelled.
