New OLO

The Minister of Finance, Johan Van Overtveldt, announces:
The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue in the near future and subject to market conditions its inaugural Green OLO benchmark with a maturity in the 15y to 20y part of the curve (OLO 86).
The Kingdom has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas Fortis, Crédit Agricole CIB, ING and JP Morgan as joint bookrunners. All other Primary and Recognized Dealers will be invited to join the syndicate group.
BNP Paribas Fortis and Crédit Agricole CIB will arrange a series of investor calls and meetings to introduce the Kingdom of Belgium’s Green OLO Framework. The roadshow will start on the 8th of February in Brussels in the presence of the Minister of Finance and of the Minister of Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development. BNP Paribas Fortis and Crédit Agricole CIB are acting as Structuring Advisor.
