500 million USD EMTN increase priced

The USD 1.5bn, 2.75%, 5 March 2015 issue for KINGDOM OF BELGIUM, rated Aa1/AA+/AA+, is now increased by a further USD 500mio, bringing the new total issue size to USD 2bn.

The new tranche has an issue/reoffer price of 99.237, to give a  spread of +25bp over mid-swaps.

Joint-lead managers are DEUTSCHE BANK and GOLDMAN SACHS INTERNATIONAL.

No further group. Fees undisclosed. Pay April 28, plus 312 days accrued interest. Listing Lux. Denoms 1k, book entry form. US(regS cat1)/UK limits. FM2 applies, no NP or XD.
