New OLO 2015

The Minister of Finance, Didier Reynders, announces :

The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated 5 year benchmark bond March 2015 (OLO 56) in the near future, subject to market conditions.

The Kingdom has mandated Barclays Capital, ING, Morgan Stanley and SG CIB as joint bookrunners.

The OLO auction scheduled for 30th March, 2009 is cancelled.
