The Minister of Finance, Didier Reynders, announces :

The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a Euro 3 billion OLO FRN issue, 2007/2011. The launch is expected in the near future. Joint leads are Barclays Capital and Deutsche Bank. Listing Brussels. Belgian Law. No XD, no NP. FM2 (with prior consultation with the issuer) applies.
