New OLO 2012

The Minister of Finance, Didier Reynders, announces :

The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated 3 year benchmark bond March 2012 (OLO 57) in the near future, subject to market conditions.

The Kingdom has mandated Barclays Capital, Fortis Bank, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank as joint bookrunners.   The OLO auction scheduled for 29th June, 2009 is cancelled.
