New OLO 2016

The Minister of Finance, Didier Reynders, announces :

The Kingdom of Belgium intends to issue a new syndicated 5 year benchmark
bond March 2016 (OLO 59) in the near future, subject to market conditions.

The Kingdom has mandated Barclays Capital, ING, SGCIB and UBS Investment as joint bookrunners.

The OLO auction scheduled for 29th March, 2010 is cancelled.
